'Come back when the time is right', Vikas Sethi urges to migrant labourers

As soon as the first phase of the lockdown was announced, everything from big-small industries to shops were closed, which led to the mass exodus of migrant labourers who were left with no source of income or food. The fear of survival made thousands of workers and labourers walk thousands of miles to reach their homes and villages under pathetic and sad conditions. And while they had lost all hopes, many of the migrants decided not come back to the city again, as most of them have lost their jobs due to Corona pandemic and lockdown. With this thought in mind, actor Vikas Sethi urges them to come back to Mumbai again once the situation gets normal, having a fear of losing employment opportunities

In a quick chat, 'Kahiin to Hoga' star, Vikas Sethi requests these labourers to come back when the time is right, and says, "I understand that in the current situation of this pandemic, the migrant labourers want to be with their families, but it will be wrong of them to say that they will never come back to the city which helped them earn their livelihood till now."
Vikas adds, "I feel that if these labourers are ready to work, then opportunities will knock at thier door in a city like Mumbai. It's my request to everyone to come back when the time is right. This city will welcome you wholeheartedly again."
